Hello, I use to have insomnia. I was going insane I use to sleep for 2 hours work for 10 hours I am not talking about easy siting on the computer work I am talking about real work. Well anways I worked, ran, lifted weights, hoping that would help but I still someone how couldn’t get some sleep. I prayed and prayed people prayed for me which I thank and the insomnia went away.
