Insomnia Help (short) [Dissociative] – Headphones Required
Posted by admin in insomnia therapy on May 17th, 2010
Headphones are required for maximum benefits. If you have insomnia or a chattery mind before bed, this session is for you. Insomnia is often a result of a brain lacking in a very specific brainwave band called SMR. SMR is responsible for inhibiting motion during sleep, among other duties. Increasing SMR generally results in deeper sleep and more energy throughout the day. This session is meant to be used before bed, but may not put you to sleep. Instead, it is meant to have permanent effects by restoring control of sleep to your brain. If you do not have success with this session, it could be that your SMR levels are fine, you just to be “guided” down to sleep level manually.

Light Therapy for Insomnia?
Posted by admin in insomnia therapy on April 29th, 2010
Has anyone tried this? I have done a bunch of research and it seems legit for SAD, Insomnia, Circadian Rhythm Disorders, etc. According to an ‘assessment’ I have a delayed circadian rhythm.. no SAD or anything like that that I know of. It also says it may help with depression, moods, energy, etc.
Has anyone tried this and have positive results? It costs almost 0 so it isn’t cheap but well worth it if it does all it says. I was looking at Apollo Health devices.
I tried self hypnosis and valerian, melatonin, etc but I need to really fix the problem, not just mask it.
Thanks!
