They should be allowed to get it for anything they want so long as they can pay for it.
It should be legalized. The government doesn’t get to tell us what we can and cannot smoke … or is this one of those "conservative exceptions" where they DO want big government to insert itself into our private lives?

yes everyone should be able to get it. Why not? medical purposes is crap. It’s already a racket in California. People are selling the cards that allow you to use those vending machines they have in California. It’s potent too, not like that crap they use in canada which has less than 2% thc. California medical marijuana is potent!

IMO the question should be "Does our government have the just authority to interfere with the private decision of an adult to take the risks associated with using marijuana?" Since this decision doesn’t infringe on the rights of others or create a clear and present danger to our national security, I think not. It isn’t the government’s business WHY that adult chose to take that risk any more than it is the government’s business why that adult chooses to take the risks associated with bicycling, crossword puzzles, cotton underwear, or coffee.
