Something other than Melatonin?
I kid you not, this is my fifth day without sleep.
No, I am not on drugs. Just extremely stressed and busy trying to balance work, an internship, and school full time (finals).
My hectic schedule should be dying down by the end of next week,
but until then, I need a quick fix.
Anybody have any cures?
Additional note guys: I don’t smoke weed!
Sorry, haha.

Watch infomercials! I swear, that helped me sleep when I had trouble sleeping during school nights!

for a natural cure Cannabis works. Tylenol extra strength works too.

You just need to be relaxed. Read a leisure reading book, something that isn’t interesting. But don’t read in your bed.
Then after like, 20 minutes or something, just lay down in your bed. turn the light off, turn your computer off, turn off, unplug your electronics. Lay there compfortably in the dark on your bed. Think of nothing. You’ll fall asleep eventually.
You just need to calm yourself.

THIS MAY SOUND BIZARRE BUT SMOKE WEED LIKE 2-3 HOURS BEFORE THE TIME YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT…(AND TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM STRESS) I SUGGEST KUSH. NOT ONLY WILL IT MELT AWAY YOUR STRESS, BUT IT GIVES YOU A HEAD CHANGE, AND MUNCHIES, THEN FOLLOWED BY SLEEPINESS(:
