Headphones are required for maximum benefits. If you have insomnia or a chattery mind before bed, this session is for you. Insomnia is often a result of a brain lacking in a very specific brainwave band called SMR. SMR is responsible for inhibiting motion during sleep, among other duties. Increasing SMR generally results in deeper sleep and more energy throughout the day. This session is meant to be used before bed, but may not put you to sleep. Instead, it is meant to have permanent effects by restoring control of sleep to your brain. If you do not have success with this session, it could be that your SMR levels are fine, you just to be “guided” down to sleep level manually.
