Nowadays, more and more people suffered from insomnia and looking for help for insomnia. They suffered from minor to serious symptoms of insomnia. But still there are many more did not know they actually  already get minor insomnia and should get help for insomnia in early stage.

Firstly, what is insomnia?

How many types of insomnia ?

There are two common types of insomnia.

2. Secondary insomnia- which is more common insomnia that caused by health condition like depression, cancer, asthma, heartburn, arthritis, pains, side effect of certain particles (alcohol, caffaine), etc.

We also separate insomnia based how long term of sleep disorder:

1.  Acute insomnia – short term from 1 night to few weeks

2. Transient Insomnia- comes and goes, with periods of time when a person has no sleep problems

3. Chronic insomnia – Chronic (long-term) insomnia is when a person has insomnia at least 3 nights a week for 1 month or longer.

Other than health problems, it may also due to causes like psychological factors, life style factors, environmental factors, psychiatric / physical illness. This will be discuss furthered in future articles. But most important thing that people concerned that is there a cure for insomnia? Of course if you go to visit doctors, normally the cure for insomnia is more on insomnia medication which I am not sure if there is any side effect of medication in long terms.

Hence, I suggest the best way is still resort to natural remedy for insomnia. Only through natural cures and some sleep management activities programmes, we can cure for insomnia for a long term and permanently instead of short term medication cure.
